Refund policy

We have a 10-day, full refund policy on subscriptions and series memberships.  Unfortunately, due to timing issues and operational requirements, we are unable to provide refunds on single entry tournaments/events. Pre-event refunds or credits must be negotiated with your platform organizer. 

Physical product are not/not eligible for return. 


To request a refund, you can contact us at info@gogamers.me. If your refund is accepted, we will provide you a gift card to our store that can be used or a return wire transfer to your bank account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded as quickly as possible. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process or to receive the refund via bank transfer.
